At 29, I know what it means to balance a full plate. As a husband, father, student, Army veteran, and personal trainer, I don’t have time for fluff—just results. Discipline, structure, and efficiency define my approach, principles forged through seven years of military service and honed through years of coaching.
I founded Ascension Training with a simple mission: cut the nonsense and focus on what works. No gimmicks, no shortcuts—just proven methods, structured programming, and data-driven progress. Strength, endurance, and resilience aren’t built overnight, but with the right plan and relentless consistency, they are built for life.
